Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy sessions offer a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. We work collaboratively with clients to identify and address specific concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Individual therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, providing a supportive environment for self-exploration and healing.

Relationship Counseling

Relationship counseling is designed to help individuals and couples navigate the complexities of their relationships. Whether it’s a romantic partnership, family relationship, or friendship, our counseling aims to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster understanding and intimacy. We work with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to relationship difficulties and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions bring together individuals facing similar challenges or concerns. Group therapy offers a supportive and validating environment where participants can share their experiences, learn from one another, and receive feedback and encouragement. Group therapy can be particularly beneficial for individuals seeking to build social skills, enhance interpersonal relationships, or gain a sense of belonging and community.

My Approach

My therapeutic style is mostly based on cognitive behavioral and solution-focused treatment modalities. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy that considers the impact of the systems in which an individual/family functions. My holistic style includes teaching how mind, body, and spirit connectedness is key to overall change and positive living.  

Depending on the unique needs of the client, I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach in order to produce positive outcomes.

The counseling process can be enjoyable and exciting. At times, it can be challenging, difficult and even painful. However, the goal will always be to bring about some positive change. Many people come to counseling for many different reasons, so our first initial meeting will be a consultation to discuss your reasons for seeking counseling. We will discuss your counseling needs and concerns and decide if we can work together in addressing your needs.

During the consultation we will evaluate the results of our work together, and determine the need for additional sessions, termination, or outside referral for further counseling or assistance. Throughout our work together, I will make every reasonable effort to professionally facilitate the resolution of your needs and concerns. In the end, you must decide to use what you gain from the counseling process.

I believe the counseling process should be person-centered and focus on identifying client’s needs and goals, self-exploration, and gaining a positive outcome.
